When making reservations, all customers will be required to check a box agreeing to the below terms and conditions unless otherwise stated.

Reservation Cancellation by Customers

Our desire is to provide you with excellent customer service and a trouble-free hotel reservation experience. If you are not happy with our service, you may cancel your reservation at any time within your hotel’s cancellation policy. In most cases, such a cancellation will result in no charges for hotel accommodations, however, the reservation deposit is non-refundable 72 hours prior to the hotels listed check in time.

Reservation Cancellation by T3Travel.com

T3Travel.com reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions. In the event that T3Travel.com chooses to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of any reservation deposits paid. We do not like cancelling reservations, but sometimes we must where a customer has not adhered to these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to make sure that you fully understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Hotel Policy

I agree to abide by the policies of the hotel(s) with which I have made a reservation through T3Travel.com.

E-mail List

In an effort to stay in communication with T3Travel.com customers and to inform those customers of information about their events or related updates, our office retains a list of each customer's name and e-mail address. By registering for hotel accommodations on T3Travel.com, I explicitly authorize T3Travel.com to send me follow-up e-mails relating to my reservation and e-mails containing information regarding other products or services that are available. To be clear, by registering with T3Travel.com, I am choosing to also add my name and e-mail address to the e-mail list maintained by T3Travel.com. I understand that my information will be retained and used in accordance with T3Travel.com’s Privacy Policy and that I may at anytime choose to unsubscribe from any future e-mails that result from my being added to the said e-mail list.

Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend

While T3Travel.com strives to offer excellent customer service, it is merely a facilitator of hotel and comfort accommodations owned, operated, maintained, and staffed by other companies. By registering through T3Travel.com, I hereby explicitly release T3Travel.com from any and all liability arising from or related to the products or services purchased through T3Travel.com to include but not limited to my stay at the registered hotel and my participation in the subject event. Furthermore, I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for the safety of myself and any other party under my care or any other party that is my invitee, licensee, or similar. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against T3Travel.com arising out of my reservation through T3Travel.com, I will indemnify and pay to defend T3Travel.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

Jurisdiction

In the event that I choose to file a complaint against T3Travel.com or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Knox County, Tennessee. I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately removed to a court within Knox County, Tennessee and I agree to reimburse T3Travel.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located in Knox County, Tennessee.
