Group blocks that cancel 8 or more days from the arrival date do not have a penalty. Teams that cancel in full 0-7 days prior are responsible for one night's total number of rooms. The rate listed above will be charged to each credit card used to reserve the individual reservations out of the group block. 25% of the group has the ability to make individual cancellations for their stay at the HIE up to 48 hours prior to check in. If the cancellation is due to weather restricting travel to the event or the TSSA DII State Championship is canceled due to weather all rooms can be canceled until 12pm the night of check in. Individual rooms can be cancelled by 12pm for early elimination from the tournament.

Group blocks that cancel 15 or more days from the arrival date do not have a penalty. Teams that cancel in full 0-14 days prior are responsible for one night's total number of rooms. The rate listed above will be charged to each credit card used to reserve the individual reservations out of the group block. 25% of the group has the ability to make individual cancellations for their stay at the Sleep Inn up to 48 hours prior to check in. If the cancellation is due to weather restricting travel to the event or the tournament is canceled due to weather (act of god) all rooms can be canceled by 12pm that day.
