Girls Division II State Championship by TSSA

Group blocks that are canceled in full 15 days prior to the arrival date do not have a penalty. Teams that cancel in full 0-14 will be charged to the credit card provided one night rooms and tax for each room reserved.If the cancellation is due to weather related travel restriction or the event is canceled, there will be no charge. If a team is disqualified during the event they may check out by 12noon with no penalty. Up to 25 % of the group may cancel individually with no penalty.

If the cancellation is due to weather restricting travel to the event or the Adidas Women’s Invitational is canceled due to weather all rooms can be canceled until 12pm the night of check in.

Either the Hotel or Group may cancel this contract without cause upon written notice to the other party at any time prior to the event and upon payment of an amount determined by both parties at the time the agreement is executed. The cancellation option for both parties for this agreement is: October 30, 2009. The canceling party shall make payment due as a result of this cancellation option to the non-canceling party at the time this Agreement is canceled by written notice. In the event that an individual must cancel the reservation after the cut off date of October 30, 2009, the guest will be charged 100% attrition Fri. 11/20 and 50% attrition Sat. 11/21.

If the tournament is canceled due to weather or act of God, all rooms will be canceled with no penalty.Rooms may be canceled up to 12noon on June 5th for early elimination from the tournament.
