Cancellation Policy: Te have the ability to cancel the number of blocked rooms negotiated set forth if the event is cancelled due to weather until 12pm on the day of check in. After 12pm Teams will be charged one night stay at the rate of $99.00. If a team needs to cancel an entire block for reasons other than weather teams must cancel 7 days in advance of the tournament. If the block isn't cancelled 7 days prior to the tournament each team member will be responsible for one room night. Any individual participant reserved to stay at the Holiday Inn Knoxville Cedar Bluff has the ability to cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to check in. If any individual has reserved more than one room night they may cancel the following nights individual reservation by 12pm without any charges or penalties.

Group blocks that cancel 30 or more days from the arrival date do not have a penalty. Teams that cancel in full 0-29 days prior are responsible for one night's total number of rooms. The rate listed above will be charged to each credit card used to reserve the individual reservations out of the group block. 25% of the group has the ability to make individual cancellations for their stay at the Clarion Inn up to 48 hours prior to check in.

Group blocks that cancel 30 or more days from the arrival date do not have a penalty. Teams that cancel in full 0-29 days prior are responsible for one night's total number of rooms. The rate listed above will be charged to each credit card used to reserve the individual reservations out of the group block. 25% of the group has the ability to make individual cancellations for their stay at the Quality Inn N. Knoxville, TN up to 48 hours prior to check in. If the cancellation is due to weather restricting travel to the event or the Elite Battle of Organizations is canceled due to weather all rooms can be canceled until 12pm the night of check in. If any individual has reserved more then one room night for the Elite Battle of Organizations 25% of the rooms may be individually cancelled the by 12pm without any charge or penalties.

Group blocks that cancel 60 or more days from the arrival date do not have a penalty. Teams that cancel in full 0-59 days prior are responsible for one night's total number of rooms. The rate listed above will be charged to each credit card used to reserve the individual reservations out of the group block. 25% of the group has the ability to make individual cancellations for their stay at the up to 48 hours prior to check in.
